How to use
Take a tablet to dissolve in the mouth with a particularly pleasant taste (Mint Orange), this in addition to making it more pleasant to take, improves the absorption of its active components. One tablet a day. For better absorption, it is recommended to take it preferably between meals.
Warnings
In renal insufficiency or atrioventricular block it is preferable to avoid taking Magnesium supplements.
The exclusive use of natural substances without the addition of dyes or whiteners can cause variations in color and flavor, typical of all natural products, which are not however an indication of altered quality and efficacy of the product.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children, please remember to consult your doctor.

The expiry date refers to the unopened and properly stored product. Do not consume after expiration.
