The Enervit Multivitamin product is a source of Vitamin C, Niacin, Vitamin E, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B6, Riboflavin, Thiamine, Folic Acid, Biotin and Vitamin B12.
Vitamin C, E and riboflavin contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, riboflavin, vitamin B12 and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin C, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, riboflavin, thiamin, biotin and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy metabolism.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

How to use
Dissolve one effervescent tablet per day in 200 ml of water (1 glass).
