How to use
Take one tablet with each meal containing lactose up to two tablets per day.

To be taken before any lactose-containing meal. Lactose tolerance is variable and it is advisable to seek advice on the role of this substance in one's diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
