The action of Birch on the body is beneficial as it helps drain liquids and thus promote a purifying action. Birch tablets are to be taken in addition to the normal diet in order to enhance the effects:

• By combining the intake of the tablets with a low-sodium diet the draining effects are enhanced;
• It stimulates water exchange even in winter which can often cause disturbances;

Method of use and dosage

Take 2 to 6 capsules a day, in the morning between meals, with plenty of water.
