How does Erba Vita Fibness work?

Erba Vita Fibness is a food supplement of liquid fibers, based on Sunfiber (partially hydrolyzed Guar gum, soluble fiber that does not gel and does not swell in the intestine) and FOS (short chain fructooligosaccharides) and enriched with Plum juice and extract of Lemon balm, useful for promoting normal intestinal transit. The characteristics of the elements that make up the product are:

• Plum juice , useful for assisting the physiological intestinal transit;
• Lemon balm extract, useful for promoting regular gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gases.

Method of use and dosage

It is recommended to take 40 ml per day, pure or diluted in a large glass of water or other drink (about 200 ml).
