Method of use and dosage

It is recommended to take 2 - 4 tablets a day to be taken between meals.

Plant constituents: licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) root dry extract (10% in glycyrrhizic acid), plantain (Plantago major L.) leaves dry extract, chamomile (Matricaria recutita Rausch.) Flowers dry extract, (0.3% in apigenin ), nettle (Urtica dioica L.) top dry extract.
Functional substances: methylsulfonylmethane, quercetin, microencapsulated fish oil titrated at 65% in omega3.
Vitamins: vitamin C, vitamin B5 (calcium D-pantothenate).
Excipients: thickener: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate.
Activating constituents according to the Spagyric methodology.
