Erbenobili Calcium (Ca) Oligoceleste is a nourishing Calcium-based product indicated to promote the well-being of bones and teeth and regulate the activities of the heart, muscles and nervous tissue. It is also essential for blood coagulation, facilitates iron absorption and regulates the action of numerous enzymes. Calcium, in addition, taken before going to bed facilitates sleep because it is a natural tranquilizer and helps to calm the nerves.

Method of use and dosage

We recommend taking 20-40 drops of the product under the tongue, keeping it in the mouth for a few minutes, in the morning as soon as you wake up or, in the case of several daily doses, between meals.
