Method of use and dosage

We recommend taking 3 g of product (equal to 1 teaspoon) 2 times a day to be taken preferably after main meals in a little warm water.

Warnings and Contraindications

Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
Use in prepubescent age is not recommended.
