Indications

Erbenobili Multimagnesio is a magnesium food supplement indicated to counteract stress, anxiety and nervousness, but also to prevent muscle contractures and perform a targeted action on gastrointestinal smooth muscles.

How does Erbenobili Multimagnesium work?

Erbenobili Multimagnesio is a food supplement of magnesium in the form of different salts in order to increase its bioavailability and effectiveness. The absorption of magnesium, as for other minerals, is closely linked to the type of salt with which it is administered. In the product the magnesium is supplied in the form of 5 different salts in order to obtain a correct and modulated absorption. An additional supply of magnesium is required in many situations: osteoporosis, alcoholism, migraine, PMS, kidney stones, cerebrovascular disorders, anxiety and nervousness, prolonged stress.

Method of use and dosage

We recommend taking 2 - 4 tablets a day, preferably taken between meals. If necessary, dosages can be doubled under medical advice.

Warnings and Contraindications

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
Contraindicated in case of ascertained hypersensitivity to one of the components.
Overdoses could induce minor gastrointestinal disturbances.
