We recommend taking 2 tablets 2 times a day, preferably between meals.

C), magnesium oxide, thickener: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; sodium borate decahydrate, copper gluconate, cholecalciferol 0.25% (Vit.D), phyloquinone 5% (Vit. k) folate, grape juice.
