The plant extracts of Fennel, Mint, Ginger and Star Anise are useful for promoting digestive function, regular gastrointestinal motility and the elimination of gas.
Lactic ferments favor the balance of the intestinal bacterial flora.
Beta-galactosidase (Lactase) improves the digestion of lactose in subjects who poorly digest lactose.
Alpha galactosidase reduces fermentation processes and avoids the production of intestinal gas, helping the absorption of complex carbohydrates from foods (starch from bread, pasta, rice, barley, spelled, corn and vegetable fibers from fruit, vegetables, legumes and cereals).

Mint ( Mentha x piperita L. ) leaves dry extract titrated at 4% Essential oil.
Ginger ( Zingiber officinalis Rosc. ) Rhizome dry extract titrated at 5% Gingerols.
Fennel ( Foeniculum vulgare Mill. ) Essential oil.
Star anise ( Illicium verum Hook. F. ) essential oil.
Alpha galactosidase from Aspergillus niger (30,000 GaIU / g).

How to use
We recommend taking one blue sachet in the morning on an empty stomach dissolved in a glass of water; we recommend taking two red sachets a day, 30 minutes before lunch and dinner.

Warnings
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects. Intake is required with every meal containing lactose. Lactose tolerance is variable and it is advisable to seek advice on the role of this substance in one's diet.
