THIRST HYDROSALINE SUPPLEMENT

Indications
Quickly replenishes fluids together with electrolytes and carbohydrates, during long-lasting sports performances.
Ideal for reintegration during training and competitions.

Dosage and method of use
Dissolve 1 bag of product in about 500-600 ml of water. Take 50-100 ml of solution at regular intervals of 15-20 minutes. In case of prolonged physical activity it is advisable not to exceed the quantity of 800 ml / hour of solution in order not to generate gastric fatigue.

Features
The proportions and quantities of the various components are designed to maximize the gastric emptying speed, which favors the entry into the circulation of glucose and electrolytes.
The nature of carbohydrates leads to a constant entry of glucose into the blood stream and this allows to save and / or restore muscle glycogen, delaying the feeling of fatigue.
To compensate for the main saline losses, the product provides electrolytes: sodium, potassium, magnesium, chlorine.
