Indications
For sports that combine an aerobic component with an anaerobic (eg: football, basketball, tennis, volleyball, alpine skiing, martial arts, body building).
By releasing energy in a fractional and sequential way, it contributes to a delay in the organism's energy decay and to maintaining muscle reactivity.

Dosage and method of use
We recommend using the product about 30 minutes before tackling the performance. Use 1 sachet in about 200 ml of water for medium-lasting performance, 2 sachets (in 400-500 ml of water) in case of intense and prolonged physical effort.
To optimize the hydration of the organism and obtain the best results, it is recommended to take about 200 ml of water alone 10-15 minutes before starting the performance, in case of particularly high external temperature.

Property
It provides energy in the form of sequential carbohydrates and free amino acids, in order to delay the decay of strength, sprint and endurance.
Provides mono and polysaccharides at different assimilation rates, capable of providing fractional energy over time.
Provides creatine with high bioavailability, α-ketoglutaric acid associated with alanine, taurine and aspartates, substances useful in performance with maximal repeated efforts.
It provides a phytocomplex of titrated Guarana and Ginseng, together with the electrolytes essential for carrying out high-intensity physical activity.

Contraindications
In cases of kidney disease, in pregnancy and under the age of 12.

Warnings
In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks), the doctor's opinion is required.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
