They are made, as per tradition, using only young fresh meristematic plant tissues in full growth power, just harvested in balsamic times, in uncontaminated environments. Maceration is carried out cold for a period ranging from three to six months (90-180 days) in an organic solution consisting of 50% pure ethyl alcohol 96.6 ° (good taste), obtained from the fermentation and distillation of fruit and with the remaining 50% of vegetable glycerol extracted from coconut oil.
