Fior di Loto soy lecithin is ideal for those who want to introduce a food rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and proteins into their usual diet.

Nutritional characteristics

Soy lecithin consists of phospholipids naturally rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. It naturally contains linoleic acid which to the extent of 10 g per day help to maintain normal levels of cholesterol in the blood, is a source of phosphorus, which contributes to energy metabolism and vitamin E which contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Recommendations for use

For a good physical balance, three or four teaspoons a day of soy lecithin, added to any food, or eaten alone, are sufficient.

Warnings Contraindications

Store the product in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Do not disperse in the environment after use, to be consumed no later than the expiry date shown on the package.
Any allergens present in the product are indicated on the labels which are continuously updated.
