Danival Organic Rice Miso is an unpasteurized artisan food. Rice miso is a product that contains fermented rice and soy and has a strong and decisive flavor. Organic soybeans grown in southeastern France are used and are obtained from the fermentation of soybeans, rice, salt, water and ferments for 15-18 months.
Rice miso is suitable for those who follow a vegetarian or vegan diet and for those who prefer to consume foods rich in proteins not of animal origin.

Rice miso is ideal as a condiment in the preparation of legume-based dishes, in soups, in hot soups, to flavor pasta, rice or cereals and to prepare pasta. The rice miso is added after cooking and gives a slightly salty and full-bodied flavor.
Organic product that may contain traces of sesame seeds and cereals containing gluten.

Store the product in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
Do not use beyond the expiration date.
