Semi-whole tahini is a cream produced with sesame seeds, wholemeal and hulled, pounded, particularly rich in minerals such as magnesium, silicon, phosphorus and iron.

Indications

Semi-whole tahini has a nutty flavor, but less sweet and more delicate. Semi-whole tahini is ideal to be used as a condiment in many preparations, but it also goes well with some types of meat.

The semi-whole lotus flower tahini is an organic product prepared with ingredients coming exclusively from certified organic Italian agriculture. Semi-whole tahini is produced by steaming hulled sesame seeds and during processing other substances such as synthetic preservatives, dyes, flavor enhancers or glucose are not used, in order to obtain a 100% natural product.

Recommendations for use

Ideal to spread as it is on canapés or to flavor dishes, sauces and soups. The tahini tart with honey is very tasty. It also goes well with some types of meat.
