Product based on L-tryptophan, Melatonin, Magnesium chelate, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B2 and Niacin.
Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep *.
Magnesium and Niacin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function.
The product is not addictive and has no side effects.
* The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin just before going to bed.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet in the evening just before bedtime. The frequency and timing of recruitment, to facilitate falling asleep or for the problem of nocturnal awakenings, must be carried out on the basis of subjective needs and in relation to the need. It can also be taken by people with gluten intolerance or sensitivity.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
