Hair Food supplement based on Cystine, Methionine, Zinc, Copper and other vitamin-mineral factors (Betacarotene, Vitamin C and E, Selenium). It is intended to rebalance the dietary intake of the aforementioned nutrients (if deficient). The presence of Zinc and Selenium is useful for the life and well-being of hair and nails. Contains wheat gluten.

Other ingredients: gelatin; L-cystine; soybean oil; resistance agent: glycerol (E422); ascorbic acid (vitamin C); L-methionine; zinc sulfate; thickener: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471); d, 1-alpha tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E acetate); 30% natural beta-carotene in sunflower oil; emulsifier: rapeseed lecithin (E322); dyes: iron oxides (E172), cupric sulphate, sodium selenite.

How to use
Take 3 capsules a day to be swallowed with water, one after each meal, for at least 2 months.
