Free from gluten , hydrogenated fats, soy and peanuts .

Ingrediants
Potato starch, white wine, corn starch, butter (milk) , mix of cereal flours 11% (buckwheat flour 63.6%, rice flour 18.2%, amaranth flour 3.6%, flour 3.6% millet flour, 3.6% quinoa flour, 3.6% sorghum flour, 3.6% teff flour), 5% buckwheat grains, water, 2.4% extra virgin olive oil, thickener: acetylated starch adipate; salt, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; antioxidant: natural rosemary extract. Contains sulfur dioxide and sulphites (from wine). It may contain traces of eggs , almonds and sesame . Produced in a factory that processes hazelnuts .
