How to use
Dissolve one or two teaspoons in a glass of water, rice milk, or fruit juice (except citrus juices) at room temperature (drinks above 40 ° C partially destroy active enzymes) once or twice per day. Take preferably on an empty stomach (20 min before meals or 2 hours after meals).
