Method of use and dosage

Dissolve the contents of 3 scoops (about 30 g) in 150 ml of still water (or semi-skimmed milk) using a shaker. We recommend up to one serving per day depending on the intensity of the activity carried out and considering the other protein sources provided by the diet.
