GyneActive Food supplement based on magnesium, vitamins B1 and B6, gamma linolenic acid and dry extract of chaste tree. The dry extract of chaste tree is useful for counteracting menstrual cycle disorders. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, and together with magnesium they help reduce the sense of tiredness and fatigue.

Chaste tree (Vitex agnus castus L., Fructus) dry extract	20 mg
Vitamin B6	2 mg
Other ingredients: microencapsulated borage oil (Borago officinalis L., semen) (borage oil refined and stabilized with dl-α-tocopherol and ascorbyl palmitate, maltodextrin, fish gelatin); bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphate); vegetable stearin; maltodextrin; anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate); glazing agent (hydroxypropylcellulose).

How to use
2 tablets a day from the 3/4 day before the cycle for 6/7 days regardless of meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
