Gynefam
mamma Multivitamin and multimineral food supplement indicated in case of:
• increased need during pregnancy;
• low dietary intake of vitamins and minerals in the diet.
It contains the elements which, by integrating those assimilated with the diet, contribute to the well-being of the woman during the gestation period. In particular, pregnancy causes a significant increase in the need for folic acid, iron and calcium. Each capsule contains the amount of minerals and vitamins in line with the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of nutrients.

Omega 3
It is scientifically proven that the daily intake of 200 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) in addition to the recommended daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids in adults, equal to 250 mg of DHA and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), contributes to normal development of visual and brain function.
Folate (Folic Acid)
Folate is involved in the cell division process. The daily dose of 400 µg contained in each capsule contributes to the growth of maternal tissues and to the normal synthesis of amino acids, essential for the production of proteins. It is indicated in the prevention of some congenital defects; decreases the risk of neural tube defects and possibly other congenital malformations. Adequate folate intake also contributes to normal red blood cell production.
Vitamins of group B
They contribute to normal energy metabolism, to the functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin D
It contributes to the absorption and use of calcium, which is necessary to form and maintain a normal bone structure. An adequate supply of Vitamin D is necessary for normal growth and bone development in the child.
Soccer
It contributes to normal muscle function and is necessary for normal bone growth and development in the baby.
Iron
It contributes to the normal transport of oxygen in the body and to the formation of red blood cells. Its need increases during pregnancy.
Fluorine
It contributes to the maintenance of adequate mineralization of the dental enamel.
Iodine
Essential for the synthesis of thyroid hormones; an adequate iodine intake contributes to the normal cognitive function and normal growth of the child.
Magnesium
It contributes to normal energy metabolism, to the regulation of muscle contraction and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Zinc
It intervenes in the processes of cell division, normal protein synthesis and DNA; it also contributes to the efficiency of the immune system and participates in the protection of cells from oxidative stress (free radicals).

How to use
1 capsule per day, at any time of the day.
