Resveratrol titrated at 98% intake in resveratrol	10 mg 9.8 mg
Folic acid	200 µg
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose; Arabic gum; calcium phosphate; anti-caking agents (vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide).

How to use
we recommend taking one tablet a day, taken before going to bed.
