The pillow has the ability to retain heat when heated (in a microwave oven or in hot water) or cold when cooled (in the freezer or in the ice compartment of the refrigerator). The pillow works for about 30 minutes.
Indicated in all cases where it is necessary: cold therapy - sprains, muscle strains, bruises, toothache, headaches and migraines, fever, insect bites, epistaxis (nose bleeding), minor burns; heat therapy - rheumatism, arthritis, muscle cramps, lumbago, back pain, poor peripheral circulation, menstrual pain, muscle tension headaches.
