Indications:
for all ages and for the whole family.
Excellent as a cold drink, in the summer season, to quench thirst.

Dosage and method of use:
- for the little ones: 1 heaped teaspoon (about 3.75 g) in 100 ml of water;
- for older children and adults: 2-3 teaspoons in 100 ml of water or according to your taste.
Don't add sugar.
