How to use
Put the contents of the sachet in a glass, add water (about half a glass) and mix until completely dissolved. Benelife flora can also be dissolved in any other cold or lukewarm liquid (below 37 ° C) and non-carbonated or in foods such as yogurt. It can be taken either on a full stomach or on an empty stomach thanks to the microencapsulation technology.
Dose : 1 sachet per day in children; 2 sachets per day for adults.
