How to use

It is recommended to place the bracelet on the wrist, ankle, belt, car or stroller with the written part facing out. Insert the tip with the arrow into the opening. Tighten to your wrist size, placing the arrow in the desired opening of the bracelet. Leave on for 10-15 minutes before going out into the fresh air.
