Ialuset Plus CREAM

Indications
Indicated in the treatment of infected wounds and burns, dermatological diseases of bacterial origin or easily predisposed to the development of secondary infections.

Dosage and method of use
After carrying out the normal cleaning treatments, apply the cream directly on the wound, forming a layer of about 2 to 3 mm thick, or spread the cream well on a sterile gauze which is then applied to the wound. The dressing can; be kept in place with the help of an appropriate bandage. Before renewing applications, it is recommended to clean the wound. The application must be renewed every 24 hours. The dosage is one application per day, until complete recovery. The cream can be removed by simply washing with water. The evolution of wound or burn healing should be evaluated by the physician. Discard the first dose before each use.

Features
Hyaluronic acid is the main component of the basic substance of the dermis. It acts on all stages of the healing process. It accelerates the healing and re-epithelialization of skin lesions. Its hygroscopic power maintains a humid environment favorable to the tissue regeneration process. Silver sulfadiazine is a component with high antibacterial activity, mainly on Gram (-) bacteria. The product can be taken by patients with celiac disease.

Contraindications
Known general or local sensitization to sulfonamides (contact eczema).
Allergy to one of the components.

Warnings
The use of ialuset plus is not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding, newborns and premature babies.
Avoid exposing the treated parts of the body to sunlight (risk of photosensitivity).
In patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency, avoid applying the cream to open wounds.
Close the tube carefully after each use.
Keep out of reach of children.
External use.
Do not swallow.

Components
1 g of cream contains: hyaluronic acid (sodium salt) 2 mg; silver sulfadiazine 10 mg; decyl ester of oleic acid; glycerol; water; wax; sorbitol.
