HOW TO USE

Freezer: Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Extract, insert the envelope in the special pocket or cloth and apply on the affected part.
Hot Water: Immerse in boiling water for max 5 minutes. Extract, dry, insert the envelope in the special pocket or cloth and apply on the affected part.
Microwave oven: Place the bag in the oven for max 1 minute by setting the oven to 650 Watts. Extract, insert the envelope in the special pocket or cloth and apply on the affected part.
