C vitamin; zinc; resveratrol; lactoferrin; 1,3-β-glucan from oats; echinacea angustifolia dry extract 4%.

How to use
Adults
1st month: 1 or 2 sachets a day or as needed to be dissolved directly in the mouth or in half a glass of water or in a little warm milk. Subsequently: 1 sachet every other day or 1/2 sachet every day. To be consumed preferably between meals.
Children from 3 years old
1st month: 1 sachet per day Subsequently: 1 sachet every other day or 1/2 sachet per day.
