What is Immunage?

Immunage is a food supplement of papaya fermented through a particular bio-fermentation system that lasts 10 months. This technique was patented by the Japanese of Osato, who have great experience in the fermentation technique. Through this procedure we obtain the FPP papaya which is far more effective than the fruit papaya. This process creates a new series of components called Glucans with immunomodulated properties that are added to the already present antioxidant properties.

Nobel Prize for MEDICINE 2008

Luc Montagnier , Nobel Prize for Medicine in 2008, discovered together with Robert Gallo the HIV virus, responsible for AIDS. The immunologist met Pope Wojtyla in 2002, three years before his death. John Paul II was now severely afflicted with Parkinson's disease. And Montagnier gave him a package of fermented papaya extracts, which he considered useful against this pathology. Here's how Montagnier remembers that meeting and the Nobel victory.

“My first reaction to the Nobel Prize was to think of all AIDS sufferers and all those who are still alive and fighting the disease. I am convinced that by 2012 we could be able to obtain a therapeutic vaccine against AIDS, if the funds were available: mind you, I said therapeutic, and not preventive. In short, I am not thinking of a traditional vaccine, to be given to healthy people who do not want to get infected (this type of vaccine is very difficult to make, for various reasons). I am working so that those who have contracted the HIV virus can fight it with ever greater effectiveness, until it is completely eradicated. The therapeutic vaccine is intended precisely for these patients. But for their immune systems to be effective, they need to be in good shape. And to obtain this result, the use of immunostimulating substances, such as fermented papaya, is useful or even indispensable. The award of the Nobel Prize, which honors me, will help me continue my studies, including on aging. I think these substances are able, when taken together with traditional therapies, to improve health in all those who have immune failure, including those with Parkinson's and other degenerative diseases. To this end, six years ago, I wanted to bring a product based on fermented papaya also to John Paul II, when he was seriously affected by Parkinson's. It is a story that I like to remember. Surprisingly, I had received a phone call from the Vatican ambassador to Unesco: "The Holy Father wishes to meet you". It had been a very long time since I had any contact with the Vatican: since, in 1995, I had told a crowded audience of political personalities and young Catholic militants that one of the ways to fight AIDS was the condom. Since then, silence. Until that phone call, seven years later: "The Pope wishes to see you, to talk about AIDS prevention in Africa". A pause, in front of my surprise. I later learned that the Holy Father had also invited Robert Gallo, the American scholar whom, then as now, the newspapers loved to paint as my rival. But Gallo did not show up that June 10, at 11 (date of the meeting), because a few days earlier he had had to undergo an operation on his leg. So the head of the ceremonial accompanied only me and Pierluigi Vagliani, general secretary of the World AIDS Prevention and Research Foundation, through halls with breathtaking frescoes, up to a small waiting room, with the statues of the four evangelists. It was directly connected to the Pope's study. He was a few meters from me: on the other side of a dark wooden door.
The door opens. They invite me to come in. The Pope's study is large, with very high windows but covered with heavy curtains, which allow little light to filter through. John Paul II sits in an armchair behind a small table. He turns slowly, looks at us, makes a slight nod. I begin to speak. I immediately tell the Pope what the Foundation is doing in Africa, thanks also to the support of Catholic organizations such as San Camillo. The Pontiff listens with interest. He looks tired, Parkinson's fault, yet he asks for details, in French. Let's stay together for 25 minutes. I watch his eyes and the words that slowly come out of his mouth, and sometimes they stop. I ask him for help to boost anti-AIDS campaigns and he promises his commitment.
But time runs out quickly, and soon it's time to say goodbye and exchange gifts. John Paul II gives a medal. Instead, I hand him a blue paper bag, with two boxes containing one fermented papaya extract and another one containing glutathione, both antioxidants. «Holy Father», I tell him, «you are a precious asset for humanity. I brought you two products that can help you get better ». He looks at me, curious: "But do you take them?". "Yes sure". "Then I'll take them too." I leave him a letter for the doctors who treat him. He smiles, has an imperceptible motion of his hand. His head remains tilted as I walk away. '
