Several mushrooms - Maitake (Grifola frondosa), Shiitake (Lentinus edodes), Reishi or ling-zhi (Ganoderma lucidum), have important properties for the immune system and therefore allow to naturally support disease resistance or to cope with it more effectively.
In China and Japan, many of these fungi are a typical ingredient in soups and soups and today they are even used as a complement to classic medical and surgical treatments for different types of problems.
It has in fact been seen that these fungi, thanks to the active constituents contained in them (in particular, polysaccharides such as beta-glucans), assist, to varying degrees, the production of molecules and cells involved in the immune response, such as interleukins, interferons, T lymphocytes, natural killer cells, macrophages. Gray) are mushrooms with recognized properties to support the natural organic defenses. Reishi, Shiitake and Maitake, thanks to the active constituents contained in them (including polysaccharides such as beta-glucans) assist the production of molecules and cells involved in the immune response, supporting the correct and physiological functioning of our defense systems.

Usage How to use:
