Description

Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to: the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the proper functioning of the nervous and muscular systems, psychological function and energy metabolism. Furthermore, vitamin B6 contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine, proteins and glycogen. Vitamin D3, in addition to contributing to normal muscle function, plays a role in supporting the immune system like vitamin B6 and zinc. Finally, zinc supports normal cognitive function and contributes to the physiological metabolism of carbohydrates, macronutrients and fatty acids, as well as to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium citrate; bulking agent: cellulose; magnesium L-pidolate, chicory inulin; bulking agent: dicalcium phosphate; Hydroxypropylcellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, zinc L-pidolate; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) from lichen [Cladonia rangiferina (L.) Weber ex FH Wigg.], vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

It does not contain preservatives, dyes.

Gluten free and naturally lactose free.

How to use
Adults: 1 to 3 tablets a day to be swallowed with a little water, preferably between meals. Children (from 3 years) and adolescents: 1 or 2 tablets per day.
