How to use
Take 2 pearls a day with main meals, or before bedtime.

Warnings
For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are taking anticoagulants or are suffering from haemophilia, consult your doctor before use, as the polyunsaturated fatty acids contained in fish oil have a blood-thinning action. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.

Drug interactions
The intake of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids interferes with anticoagulant drugs (they enhance their action) and acetylsalicylic acid (antiplatelet agent).

Interactions with other nutrients
A supplementation of polyunsaturated fatty acids increases the need for vitamin E, the antioxidant in the lipid phase that protects lipids from peroxidation caused by both endogenous and exogenous free radicals.

Toxicity - side effects
Fish oil can, in some cases, cause flatulence, bloating, nausea and diarrhea.
