PARAFFIN STERILE GREASE GAUZE

Indications:
- minor burns,
- areas of sampling and skin grafting,
- wounds with loss of skin, lacerations and abrasions,
- chronic ulcers of the lower limb.

Features:
sterile dressing of paraffin tulle gras, formed by an open weave gauze. The threads of the gauze are intertwined to minimize fraying, in case the dressing is cut into the desired shape. It has a low adherence and allows free wound drainage, allowing the passage of exudate to an absorbent secondary dressing. Jelonet is not medicated and is therefore ideal for use with local antiseptics or antibiotics. Available in various sizes, the largest of which is suitable for use in Burn Departments. It is available in different packaging: dressing in envelope for single application with aseptic technique; in metal boxes, in order to facilitate its application on large parts of the body, in cases where it is necessary to use the entire box in a single application.
