Make sure your sperm level is adequate for conception through intercourse. Male Fertility Test. Also available in Pharmacy.
Sample collection and preparation - Refrain from sexual activity for a few days to ensure high volume and maximum quality of sperm (approximately 3/7 days). - By masturbation, collect the semen directly into the collection container. - Make sure that the semen is not contaminated by contact with hands, handkerchiefs or other materials. - Gently pour the seed into the collection container and let it rest for 15 minutes at room temperature, until it liquefies. Concentration detection and testing. - Remove all items from the sealed package and place them horizontally on a flat surface. - Pour a drop of semen into the well using the pipette included in the package. - When the semen has completely entered the well, pour in 3 drops of the blue dye solution and let it rest for 1/2 minutes. - Pour 2 drops of the clear wash buffer into the well and let it stand for 1/2 minutes. - Read the results obtained.
