Escolzia ( Eschscholtzia californica Cham. ) Aerial parts dry extract (0.2% total alkaloids such as protopin)	100 mg
Valerian ( Valeriana officinalis L. ) rhizome with roots dry extract (0.2% valerenic acid)	55 mg
Passiflora ( Passiflora incarnata L. ) aerial parts dry extract	50 mg
Hop ( Humulus lupulus L. ) female inflorescences dry extract	50 mg
Magnesium	60 mg

How to use
Take 2-3 tablets per day.
It is advisable to take 1 tablet in the late afternoon and 1 or 2 tablets one hour before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice.
