Ingrediants

Gynostemma ( Gynostemma pentaphyllum [Thumb.] Makino ) herb dry extract (80% gypenosides)	150 mg
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, colloidal silica.

How to use
Take 1 tablet 1 - 3 times a day, preferably in the morning and at lunch.
