Reishi ( Ganoderma lucidum [Curtis] P. Karst ) sporophore dry extract (30% polysaccharides) of which polysaccharides	400 mg 120 mg
Other ingredients: bamboo ( Bambusa arundinacea [Retz.] Willd. ) Young stems dry extract (70-75% organic silica); vegetable magnesium stearate; constituents of the capsule of vegetable nature: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

How to use
Take 2 - 3 capsules a day with meals with plenty of water.
