Somnium Food supplement based on escolzia and melatonin.
Escolzia:
Useful for relaxation (sleep, in case of stress). Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of the substance (corresponding to a Somnium tablet) just before bedtime.
