How does Krilling D work?

Krilling D is a food supplement whose formulation is characterized by Krill oil, an ingredient that includes: omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9, vitamin E, phospholipids and astanxanthin in human proportion.
The properties of the elements that make up the product are:

• Krill oil : is a new generation lipid extracted from Krill, tiny crustaceans (shrimps), Euphausia Superba, which thrive in the icy waters of the Antarctic. This fatty acid extract has in its kit already included: omega 3, omega 6 and omega 9, vitamin E, phospholipids and astanxanthin in human proportion. Krill oil normalizes cardiovascular function, blood levels of lipids and glucose, energy production, liver function and neuronal and sports performance. Krill also has significant action on mood swings and cramps associated with PMS;
• Omega3: in the form of phospholipids, they perform an important anti-inflammatory action;
• Phosphatidylcholine : effective for the correct functionality of the central nervous system, it helps to improve memory and mental acuity and to counteract the processes of neurocerebral degeneration;
• Astaxanthin : has a powerful antioxidant effect. Its action counteracts the increased production of free radicals, which occurs in case of stress and inflammation and reduces cell deterioration;
• Vitamin D : known as the "vitamin of calcium and light", it is not a real vitamin, but a hormone. In addition to its role in maintaining bone health, vitamin D is involved in the differentiation of tissues during the development and proper functioning of the immune system;
• Vitamin E : contributes to the protection of all cellular constituents from oxidative damage.

Method of use and dosage

It is recommended to swallow 1 capsule a day, with water, preferably with meals. The soft gelatin capsule should be taken with half a glass of water, preferably with meals.
