Capsule content: Boswellia ( Boswellia serrata Roxb. Resin) dry extract titrated at 75% in total boswellic acids (boswellia, maltodextrin), Bulking agent: dibasic calcium phosphate, Avovida {Avocado ( Persea americana Mill. Fruit), Soy [ Glycine max (L.) Merr. ] seeds} standardized extract titrated at 30% in mixed phytosterols, Anti-caking agent: Magnesium stearate.
Outer shell: Gelatin, Color: Titanium dioxide.

How to use
Take 1 swallowable capsule 2 or 3 times a day with a glass of water, just before meals.
Duration of administration: the administration of the components of the product up to consecutive 3-month cycles is well documented in scientific literature.

Interactions
There are no known medicinal interactions and incompatibilities for the two individual components of the product, nor are they indicated in the Table of "Allowed plant substances and preparations" in food supplements published by the Ministry of Health.

Warnings
Do not exceed the maximum recommended dose. Keep out of the reach and sight of children under three years of age. Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice.

Store in a cool, dry place away from light, localized heat sources, sunlight and avoid contact with water. The expiry date refers to the product correctly stored, in unopened package.
