Lactomannan is a food supplement based on Lactulose and Glucomannan that helps regulate intestinal transit to improve the body's digestive function.

How does Lactomannan Intestinal Supplement work?

Lactomannan is a supplement in sachets to be dissolved in water to improve the intestinal functions of the organism. Its formulation contains important nutrients:

• Like Lactulose in crystals with laxative action without the usual side effects:
• Such as the high viscosity Glucomannan which forms a soft and hydrated gel to facilitate the evacuation by increasing the volume of the fecal mass;
• Which help to reactivate peristalsis;
• Which lower intestinal pH by reducing the transit time of food.

Method of use and dosage

Take according to the following doses on an empty stomach:

• Adults: 1 or 2 sachets per day according to medical advice, for at least 30 days;
• Children: 1/2 or 1 sachet per day according to medical advice.

First pour the contents of one sachet into a glass, then gradually add water, mix and drink quickly. Follow with a second glass of water (200ml)

Warnings and Contraindications

Due to the lack of side effects it can be used continuously, even for long periods, without any kind of addiction and without reduction of effectiveness.
It also does not in any way reduce the absorption of essential minerals (Iron, calcium, magnesium ...).
It can be used in all age groups, during pregnancy, by patients with neurological diseases, by diabetics and celiacs.
