How to use
Take a capsule with a little water before eating lactose-containing foods. The capsule must not be chewed. If the ingestion of the capsule is problematic, the capsule can be opened and the contents swallowed with a little water without chewing. One capsule is able to degrade 30 g of lactose (600 ml of milk) in the intestine.
