How to use
For adults and children over 12 years we recommend 1 or 2 tablets a day, to be taken in the evening with water, before going to bed.

The product may have a laxative effect.
Do not take during pregnancy.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
