Indications
Food supplement useful for promoting the physiological intestinal transit.

Features
Based on linseed oil (naturally rich in omega-3), bamboo fiber (with a high insoluble fraction), FOS (oligofructosaccharides) and arabinogalactans (prebiotic soluble fiber).
Contains lactose.

Property
- Arabinogalactans: soluble fiber that is not absorbed in the small intestine and reaches the large intestine where it is completely digested by the lactobacilli. They are prebiotic substances capable of promoting the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria, such as lactobacilli and bifidobacteri, while at the same time decreasing potentially harmful bacteria, such as enterobacteria.
- FOS (oligofructosaccharides): cause a reduction in fecal pH, cholesterol and triglycerides present in the blood. They reduce the absorption of carbohydrates and lipids, through the normalization of the glycemic index and the level of lipids through the decrease of hepatic lithogenesis. Useful as rebalancing, to regulate intestinal transit and, as protective, to reduce the risk of colon cancer.
- Bamboo fiber: dietary fiber with a high cellulose content. Binds and retains a large amount of water, resulting in an increase in stool weight, an increase in intestinal transit speed and intraluminary pressure of the colon. It decreases the absorption of fats and bile salts, which remain trapped in the fibrous network, as well as the absorption of carcinogenic substances with an advantage in diverticular disease and ulcerative colitis.
- Flax seeds: with a high content of mucilage; useful adjuvant in the prevention of constipation.
