Indications:
it helps the state of physical-psychic relaxation thus contributing to the determination of the quality of sleep.

How to use:
- adults: 20-25 drops 2/3 times a day;
- children from 5 to 12 years: 10-15 drops 2/3 times a day;
- children up to 5 years: 5-10 drops 2/3 times a day.
It can be taken as it is, even directly from the dropper in the mouth, or in a little water or fruit juice.

Features:
it does not contain alcohol, dyes, or substances deriving from chemical synthesis with the function of additives; microbiologically controlled.

Warnings:
during pregnancy and breastfeeding it is a good idea to avoid taking any drug, dietary supplement, herbal product, without the explicit consent of the treating physician.
