Method of use and dosage

• In case of constipation and associated conditions: take 1 sachet with 200 ml of water 1 to 2 times a day at any time of the day.
• In case of hypercholesterolemia and other metabolic indications: 1 sachet with 200 ml of still water before, during, immediately after the main meals (2 sachets per day: at a lower dosage the cholesterol-lowering efficacy is reduced).

For pregnant or lactating women and children it is recommended to seek medical advice.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
Phytosterols can decrease the absorption and therefore the concentration of plasma carotenoids: for this reason, and even more so, it is recommended to consume fruit and vegetables in adequate quantities when supplementing with Lipidyum.
